Shazam Trailer: Kevin Feige Announces MCU Is Cancelled

“We’ve had a good run, but it’s time”
DC’s newest project, Shazam has a new trailer that has taken the internet by storm. Many are excited for the film which looks to bring a new perspective and tone to superhero movies.
In response to the trailer, Marvel head-honcho Kevin Feige has announced that all forthcoming projects in the widely Marvel Cinematic Universe have been cancelled.

The move is especially surprising when one takes into account the fact that Marvel’s next film, the highly anticipated Captain Marvel, is less than a week away from being released.
In an exclusive interview, Feige clarified the reasoning behind the move.
“We’ve had a good run, but I think it’s time to call it”, claimed the executive, “there’s just nothing we can do about it”.
All upcoming projects, including Avengers: Endgame, and upcoming series Loki and Vision & Scarlet Witch are believed to have been cancelled by the studio.
With the MCU now officially killed by Shazam, it will be fascinating to see how this effects the wider superhero market.
