Game of Thrones: Slave Trader Welcomed Back To Westeros With Open Arms

Ser Jorah Mormont is back! And luckily for him everyone seems to have forgotten about that whole “selling slaves” business
Game of Thrones’ final season is steaming ahead at full force, with politics and history making way for epic battles and high fantasy. This is all very good news for one member of Team Dany, Ser Jorah Mormont.
Yes, Ser Jorah, if you forget, has been with Dany since the first season, and is almost singe-handedly responsible for a large portion of idiots thinking that “Khaleesi” is like… her actual name. And if that crime wasn’t enough, there’s more.
Ser Jorah was exiled from Westeros by Eddard Stark prior to the commencement of the series. “For what?”, you ask. Why, for selling slaves, of course. Yeah, kind of a big deal.

That’s not to say that Ser Jorah isn’t a changed man, but you’d think that someone, not least his duty-obsessed cousin Lady Lyanna, would have brought up that Ser Jorah should technically be put to death immediately, for, you know, human trafficking.

It seems like the Winterfell crew are happy to let bygones be bygones, with Ser Jorah sharing a hearty conversation with Lyanna and being gifted Heartsbane by Sam Tarly. Either that or he’s just sitting there praying that nobody brings it up.
Eh, maybe Bran’s suppressing the memory or some nonsense.
You can watch Game of Thrones every Sunday night on HBO or on your favourite streaming site.
