Vinne Jones Juggernaut Movie To Reboot X-Men Franchise at Disney

He is the Juggernaut, bitch
Vinnie Jones is set to return as the Juggernaught in a new film that will reboot the classic X-Men franchise at Disney.
“It was really funny when he said, ‘I’m the Juggernaut, bitch'” said Disney CEO Bob Iger, “that’s the kind of energy we want to bring to the X-Men franchise here at Disney”.
Rumors and theories have been swirling for months as to how the beloved X-Men franchise will be integrated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Disney’s purchase of 20th Century Fox bringing the classic characters into the fold.

Jones first appeared as the Juggernaut in 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand, which has recently been remade, with Dark Phoenix hitting cinemas this week. The character later appeared in Deadpool 2, portrayed through motion capture by Ryan Reynolds himself. This led many to believe that Jones’ time in the role (for which he won a Tony Award) was over, but fans can rejoice with the news that the former footballer is set to return to the role.
According to insider reports, the only other Fox actors who will reprise their roles in the rebooted X-Men franchise are Tim Pocock (Dance Academy, X-Men Origins: Wolverine) as Cyclops and Lloyd Adams (Credited as “Lizard Man” in The Last Stand). Bill Duke and Peter Dinklage will both reprise their roles as Bolivar Trask (The Last Stand and Days of Future Past respectively), alternating from scene to scene.

This new direction for the X-Men franchise is certainly unexpected, but in the hands of the folks at Marvel it could well turn out to be a triumph
